This was a great gathering of the Adult Industry's Notables, there to receive an award or to honor their friends as they accepted the praises of their peers. Four of the Club Jenna girls were present, looking beautiful and graciously posing for all the Press Photographers. The event was hosted by Wankus and Taylor Wane who did an awesome job in spite of the noisy crowd. Holly Wellin, the "heart-on girl," presented the heart-shaped awards to the winners. A few interesting moments: When Lauren Phoenix accepted her award as best Orgasmic Analyst, she held up the award and said, "My mother would be so proud. Two years in a row!" Jenna Jameson tied with Seymore Butts for Mainstream's Adult Media Favorite, he for his show "Family Business" and she for her book "How to Make Love Like a Porn Star." When she went up to get her award, she jokingly said, "First of all, I'd like to thank all the people I shit on in my book." When I was leaving the event at the end of the evening, there were some "regular" folks waiting to come in and party, and one guy entering says to me, "Not your scene, huh." Little did he know this grey haired old lady has been covering porn events for six and a half years! All the XRCO winners are listed below.
