| If you're into electronics and/or porn, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2000 was the place to be January 6 - 9. It's an odd but successful combination, and one that has worked well for many years. During CES, the XXX exhibits are as popular as those featuring the latest computer gadgets for home or office, if not more so. The porn stars draw huge crowds. The wait to get into the adult section was as long as three hours, and people were willing to wait! |
In attendance this year were scores and scores of porn stars and starlets, veteran performers and up-'n'-coming talent. To name just a few who were there this year: Nina Hartley, Carole Troy, Sabrina Johnson, Ed Powers, Jill Kelly, Nikkita Kash, Mimi Miyagi, Brittany Sommers, Candy Roxxx, Chloe Jones, Daisy Chain, Jessica Darling, Mia Wild, Nicole Bass, Nikki Steele, Page White, Silvia Saint, Tina Tyler, T.J. Hart, XXXena, Nikki Tyler, Julia Ann, Janine, Alexandra Silk, Bridget Powerz, Allysin Chaynes and hundreds more. | The porn stars are very friendly and accommodating to the attendees, posing for picture after picture, signing autographs and handing out posters, t-shirts and other coveted souvenirs. Some are dancing on stage; others are socializing or making valuable career contacts. The show is exhausting for stars and fans alike, but it's definitely fun. And it's always nice when porn stars and fans get to interact. See you at the 2001 show, January 6-9! |
