Once again, the fans arrived to pay their $15 to get up close to their favorite stars. Although some people just got in line to meet a beautiful, but unknown star, most lined up to see particular girls. By far, the longest line was for Tera Patrick, who stood hunched over a table to sign posters personalized for each and every fan. She stood tirelessly for about 8 hours smiling and posing for the thousands of flashing cameras, always cordial and always flawlessly gorgeous. Although there were fewer booths than in previous years, there was more space, so it was more comfortable moving around. That didn't prevent a few bottlenecks, though, that took a while to squeeze through. The "Caught on Tape" booth always had huge clusters of people anxious to see the tape previews. The Deja Vu dancers attracted lots of fans. There were dancers performing high up on a stage, as well as many girls signing autographs around the perimeter of the entertainment area. I made some good connections, which will lead to some more behind-the-scenes photos for me to bring you in the future. I also finally got to meet Mike, a Worth-a-Million.com frequent visitor, who has been corresponding with me for over a year. I introduced him to some of the celebs and a couple of the movers and shakers in the industry. He seemed to be having a great time and stayed long after I left. |
