X-Con II will take place on August 1 at Entertanium Studios, 2260 E. 15th Street in downtown Los Angeles. Doors open at 11:00 a.m. for Talent and Exhibitors, at 1:00 p.m. for VIPs and advanced ticket holders, and 2:00 p.m. for the general public. X-Con II will be jam-packed with entertainment for adult industry fans. X-con is an adult convention that gives the fans the chance to come and meet their favorite porn stars in the relaxed and informal environment of a 30,000 square foot movie production studio in the heart of L.A. Although fans are not allowed to bring cameras, they will have the opportunity to have their photos taken with the stars at a cost set by each star herself. Female Industry Talent will be admitted free of charge and will be provided with an area in which they can set up and meet fans, sign 8x10s, sell videos and DVDs and pose for photos with fans. The women keep the money they make. The current list of confirmed stars includes Ajay, Alexis Amore, Amber Peach, Ashley Long, Audrey Hollander, Becca Bratt, BiSexual Britni, Butterfly, Brooke Hunter, Cailey Taylor, Cytherea, Cumisha Amado, Desiree Foxxx, Hannah Harper, Kat Kleevage, KSEX Daisy, Lady Victoria Spencer, Layla Jade, Michelle Lay, Nicole Sheridan, Nina Hartley (emcee of the event), Pamela Peaks, Pason, Rayveness, Rubee Tuesday, Selena Silver, and Vandalia. Wankus, Porn Jockey and Program Manager from KSEXradio.com, will also be there entertaining and keeping the fun going until the event concludes. ===================================================================================== Recent News from the X-Con Organizers: June 11, 2004 Press Release - The organisers of X-Con announced plans to donate a percentage of their ticket sales to the organization, Adult Sites Against Child Pornography (ASACP.org). ASACP is a foundation that was established in 1996 that is helping the adult industry in the fight against child porn. Since its inception, ASACP has reviewed over 100,000 reports of suspect child pornography and reported over 25,000 valid child pornography sites to the FBI and US Customs Bureau. The main organizer of X-Con, Layla Jade, is a huge advocate of ASACP and the work that they do and commented that in the Spirit of X-Con she was delighted to be able to assist ASACP in furthering their efforts. "There is no cause more worthy of donation than the fight against child porn," said Jade. June 29, 2004 Press Release - X-Con II will be supporting The Healing Art Foundation by providing space for them to have a fund-raiser at the event. The Foundation was formed in the memory of Monica Terrazas, cousin of the Foundation founders France & Al Garcia. Monica passed away from breast cancer on February 12, 2001 at the age of 42. The Garcias are devoted to raising funds for Art For a Cure which provides funds for research, breast cancer awareness, prevention, & countless options for breast cancer survivors. July 8, 2004 Press Release - Paradise Showgirls has confirmed for X-Con II. Paradise Showgirls will be the only adult cabaret club at X-Con, where they will be situated in the attractive VIP Room just off from the main stage, an area which is very much involved in the main event.
