It's really tough to be in the middle... by Rachel Worth, owner of Worth-a-Million Productions |
I've always been known as a peacemaker and have jokingly asked that my tombstone say "Peacemaker." But there's nothing I can do to fix this serious falling out between some people I care about. And, at this time, I can't take sides. It is widely known that there has been a legal battle between Tera Patrick and Digital Playground, with whom she was under contract. Each side has their own version of the problems. I really don't want to go into the details, mostly because I don't know all of them from both sides. The courts are handling it now, and we'll see what develops. I am torn because I am fond of Adella and Sam at Digital Playground, and I am equally fond of Tera. I can't take sides; they have all been extremely nice to me, and I wish I had a magic wand to make things okay between them again. Tera and I have exchanged a few e-mails lately, and I mentioned to her that I hope she and Digital Playground can "get their stuff settled." I asked her what she'd been up to and wanted to share her response with my site's visitors. I know that many of you are fans of hers and are also wondering how she's doing. She is engaged to Evan Seinfeld, singer and bassist for the hardcore metal band, Biohazard. They are going to be married this summer and have hired a wedding planner to assist them. Tera says she and Evan never leave each others' sides. She recently accompanied him to Europe, where he was touring with his band, and where they were in 24 countries in 25 days. They'll be traveling much of the summer. They live in New York and rarely make it to L.A., except to go to court on the lawsuit against Digital Playground. Tera says it will take a lot more than a peacemaker to resolve their difficulties. It's really sad that it came to this. E-mail me your comments and I'll post them.
